The Ocean Rose Bodywork experience
The bodywork that I provide is uniquely formulated for women and the current state of your body and mind. Your comfort, health, and safety are the guiding principles of my practice. I always wear a KN95 mask so that you never have to worry about wearing yours.
Each one of us walks through life’s blessings and struggles and my bodywork rejuvenates physically and emotionally. Reestablishing the flow of energy and circulation of blood throughout the entire body allows you to leave my treatment feeling healthy and strong and ready to reintegrate into your daily life with an abundance of refreshed vitality.
After welcoming you into my serene office oasis, we have a brief consultation to assess your physical issues and expectations for my treatment. Your journey starts on the pre-warmed treatment table and then you get to experience an intention-rich restorative treatment that leaves your body and mind relaxed and ready to reintegrate into your daily life.
Background and philosophy
I have had my massage license since 1988. I have studied many techniques that I combine to create the unique experience that is Ocean Rose Bodywork. I combine techniques from the modalities of Swedish, Reiki, Reflexology, Cranial-Sacral, Acupressure, Lymphatic Drainage, Healing Touch, and Lomi-Lomi to create a fabulously restorative experience that allows you to be refreshed for your daily life.
I am also trained to do fertility, prenatal, and postpartum treatments. I can be a nurturing part of your Fertility Journey. It has been demonstrated that increased circulation and relaxation provided by bodywork can increase the chances of success in all stages of the IVF journey. Bodywork has been shown to decrease bodily discomforts, anxiety, and depression during pregnancy and postpartum.
